All rentals require a valid major credit card and the renter must agree to the terms and conditions before the rental transaction. For every day the equipment is past due the renter will be charged the rental fee for the equipment rented until day 7. If the equipment is not returned within 7 days after the return due date or the equipment was damaged while in renters possession the renter will be charged the retail and shipping cost of the equipment rented as well as any wires, cases, and or accesories. A $100 down time fee will also be charged for the loss of the equipment. All rental equipment will include the approiate wires at no additional cost. The renter is responsible for the source wires but can rent additional wires for $1 each. In the event the equipment should fail the renter will be refunded or a replacement will be made available immediately.
